SERVING SUGGESTION: 1 serve = 36g. Use up to 3 serves a day.

HOW: Add 36g (3 scoops from 1kg tub or 1 1/2 scoops from 2kg tub) to 200mL of water for a low carb drink. Use the scoop provided with the powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Alternatively, mix with juice or low fat milk.
