This product is for:

SERVING SUGGESTION: 1 serve = 34g. Use up to 3 serves a day.
HOW: Add 34g (1 1/2 scoops) to 200mL of water for a low carb drink. Use the scoop provided with the powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Alternatively, mix with juice or low fat milk.
WHEN: Use 60-90 minutes prior to exercise and within 30 minutes after exercise.
Store in a cool dry place below 30°C.
