SERVING SUGGESTION:Up to 1 serve a day. 1 serve = 100g. Use up to 1 serves a day.
HOW: Add 100 g (Approximately 2 and 1/3 level scoops) to 300 mL of water. Use the scoop provided with the powder for measuring. Shake or blend until mixed and serve. May also be added to other foods to increase protein content. Alternatively, mix with juice or low fat milk.
